Equipment introduction
Oilfield environmental protection project: Supplied multiple sets of advanced water-based or oil-based drilling waste treatment equipment for domestic and overseas projects which developed by Chinese-funded enterprises and national petroleum company, the CoD of the terminal after treatment can be lower than 35mg/L, much lower than the national Primary standard.
To provide a complete set of sludge, oil and water treatment equipment and services for domestic and foreign enterprises which engaged in drilling,l gathering and transportation, refining, the oil in sludge less than 1% and the oil in water less than 10ppm after treatment.

1. Cuttings and drilling fluid receiving tank
Receiving tank for short. It consists of tank, water pipeline, dosing pipeline, agitator and pump area. Place under the vibrating screen of the circulation tank of drilling no. 1, place on the ground or partially buried as necessary. The first function is to receive the cuttings from the vibrating screen, the mud discharged from the screen surface or the discharge line, and the inferior solid phase produced by the desander and centrifuge. The second function is dosing function, the gel breaking coagulant solution can be added through the dosing pipeline on the tank to play the function of breaking glue andcoagulation. The third function is dilution and pumping function, the cuttings or mud dilution in the tank water for easy dosing, pump out after treatment.
2. Flocculation cleaning tank
Flocculating tank for short. It consists of tank, vibrating screen, water pipeline, dosing pipeline, agitator and dispensing area. The main function is dispensing drugs, the configuration of broken agent, coagulant, flocculant and so on. The second function is flocculation, after the mud and cuttings from the receiving tank are pumped into the flocculation tank, flocculant is added to flocculate in the agitation state and then pumped into the plate and frame for filtering. The third function is to screen larger particles, larger particles carried out with the drill sand, rocks, cuttings and other cuttings can be removed by vibrating screen, reduce wear on the plate frame by subordinate, reduce its intensity. when the drill meets some quicksand layer, asieve cloth of about 1mm can be used to screen out most sand, when drilling with mudstone or shale, a 2-3mm screen cloth can be used to screen the formed larger cuttings, generally the formed nondispersed cuttings are about 3mm.
3. Filter frame
The frame filter is a filter chamber which composed by a filter plate and a filter frame, under effect of feeding pump, the material liquid is sent to each filter chamber, solid and liquid are separated through the filter medium. It has the advantages of good separation effect, wide range of application, easy operation and low investment, especially for the separation of viscous materials, it has incomparable advantages.
