WCYJD NON-BEAM PUMPING UNIT

The machine is mainly composed of the following parts
1. Main frame: it supports the upper platform to ensure the maximum stroke of the rod, and the Counterweight box is outside the main frame.Under the action of the driving wheel, it moves up and down along the two counterweight sliding rails. At the bottom of the main frame is the base, connected with the cement foundation;
2. Upper platform: install drive wheel, guide wheel, electric motor, electric and manual brake, coupling, reducer, etc.;
3. Drive wheel: it is the actuator that transmits torque and is connected with the guide wheel through the transmission belt;
4. Transmission belt: connect the counterweight box, adjust the balance between the weight of the Counterweight box and the polished rod, and guarantee the system run smoothly;
5. electrical control cabinet: mainly used to control the motor reversing, starting, braking, speed regulation, stroke adjustment and otherfunctions. It is mainly composed of switched reluctance motor controller SRD, programmable logic controller PLC, temperature control device and various operation buttons. It is a stepless speed regulation system. It can realize automatic and manual control and fault display.

Operation principle
Sucker rod part belt and weight belt, respectively fixed on the driven wheel, when SRD control motor forward and reverse movement regularly, driving wheel and guide wheel rotated forward and reverse at the same time through the reducer, so that makes the polished rod of pumping and counterweight box under the drive of belt to reciprocating up and down to drives the pump work.
The electronic control system adopts Siemens PLC as the logic control center of the system. All the peripheral control detection signals (speed signal, controller fault signal, limit switch signal, offside switch signal, reset calibration signal, temperature control signal, operation signal, etc.) are all connected to the input control PLC. All control function (start, inching, reversing, heating and cooling) are connected to the output control PLC. PLC will response the to the external signal requirement to complete the operation function under program after the logical analysis for the various external control signals by realtime monitor when the stroke when impulse signal being given.
